The crew works alongside your planner, decorator, and venue manager from the first table going up to the last box loaded out. Draping gets hung, florals get placed, lighting gets wired in, and somewhere in there the room stops looking like a construction site and starts looking like an event. We also handle the boring but important stuff: making sure heavy floral pieces are moved without anyone getting hurt, checking drape is actually anchored overhead and not just hanging there, and clearing the whole thing out again once your last guest is gone.
