Event Waitstaff

Our Featured Partner

We send trained event wait staff to weddings, corporate functions, private parties, banquets, and catering jobs across Georgia. Good service is the kind guests don’t notice, and that’s the standard our servers work to.

Professional Staff for Every Occasion

Our servers are groomed and trained before they ever work a shift for us. That covers the obvious parts, table setup, running food and drinks, keeping the room clean, but also the less obvious ones, like noticing an empty glass before someone has to flag it down.

A formal gala and a backyard reception don’t move at the same pace, and we don’t send the same energy to both. Staff adjust the moment they walk in, whether it’s a black-tie dinner or someone’s fortieth birthday in the backyard.

What We Offer

  • Waitstaff with real experience, not just a uniform
  • Setup, service, and cleanup, start to finish
  • Staff who show up on time and dressed right
  • Direct coordination with your caterer or venue
  • Crew sizes that flex with your headcount

Why Choose Us?

We’ve been doing this long enough to know what usually goes wrong at events, and most of it traces back to staff who weren’t ready. Ours are. You handle your guests, we’ll handle the floor, whether that’s a two-hundred-person gala or a dinner party for twelve.

Everything You Need to Know Before You Book Waitstaff

What to expect once you book, coverage across Georgia, how to prep for your event, and how many servers to plan for.

Consistent Event Wait Staff, Booking After Booking

Book with us more than once and you’ll probably end up asking for the same servers back. We try to make that happen when scheduling allows. It matters most for recurring corporate accounts and venues running events every weekend, since staff who already know your floor plan don’t need instructions twice. Less to explain, fewer surprises, same standard every time, and one less thing on your list before doors open.

What to Expect When You Book

A few things worth knowing once you decide to move forward.

Confirmed Before Event Day

Call or submit a request and we'll confirm your date, headcount, and service style that same day. You'll know who's coming and when before the event, not the morning of, along with a direct line to reach them if plans shift.

Vetted and Insured

Every server passes a background check before their first shift. We carry insurance too, so you're covered if something goes sideways on site, and that's worth confirming before you book with anyone.

Hire a Bartender for Your Private Event, Too

Most of our waitstaff bookings end up needing a bar as well. Say the word and we'll staff both from the same call, so your servers and bartender aren't meeting for the first time on the night.

Local Coverage Across Georgia

A couple of things worth clearing up before you book outside the metro area.

Typed "Event Servers Near Me" Into Your Browser?

Call us instead. We work events across Georgia and can usually tell you the same day whether we've got staff free in your area.

If your date's already locked in, you don't have time to gamble on an unfamiliar crew. Ours show up early, know the schedule cold, and stay out of the photos.

Before Your Event, A Quick Checklist

A little prep on your end makes the night run smoother for everyone, including your staff.

  • Confirm your final headcount at least a few days out, not the morning of
  • Let us know if the venue has stairs, tight hallways, or limited parking
  • Flag any dietary restrictions your caterer needs staff to watch for
  • Send a rough run of show so servers know when courses go out
  • Tell us if there’s a bar, so we can pair a bartender with your waitstaff
  • Have a point of contact on-site who isn’t the host or the bride

How Many Servers Should You Book?

There’s no fixed formula, but these ranges are a reasonable starting point for a plated or buffet-style event.

  • Under 30 guests: one to two servers is usually enough for a seated dinner
  • 30 to 75 guests: three to four servers, plus a bartender if you’re serving drinks
  • 75 to 150 guests: five to seven servers, depending on plated versus buffet service
  • 150+ guests: we’ll walk through your floor plan with you before quoting a number
  • Cocktail-style events generally need fewer servers than seated dinners of the same size

Frequently Asked Questions

Table setup, serving food and drinks, bussing, and cleanup at the end of the night. Staff work directly with your caterer or venue instead of running their own show.

Call rather than search around for names you don’t know. We staff events all over Georgia and can usually tell you within the day whether someone’s free near you.

Yes. We book for ceremonies and receptions statewide, and staff are trained specifically around wedding-day timing, cocktail hour through the reception.

Yes, it’s a common pairing. Booking both from one call means they show up already used to working together.

Every one of them, before their first shift. We’re insured too, for your protection.

Two to four weeks out is ideal for weddings and larger corporate events. If you’re calling last-minute, call anyway. We can often pull something together within a day or two.

It’s rare, but we keep backup staff on call for exactly that reason. If someone can’t make it, we work to get a replacement to your event rather than leaving you short-handed.
